Philharmonia Northwest is a chamber orchestra dedicated in performing classical music written for the chamber orchestra.

As St. Stephen's Orchestra-in-Residence, they present a five-concert season each year, highlighting several of the areas outstanding soloists and composers.

Directed by Roupen Shakarian, heir repertoire ranges from the Baroque period to the present, and in discovering unknown works from the past and to the present.
